Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der holistische Ansatz des Plena-Leadership-Modells ermöglicht ein zukunftsgerechtes FührenZukunftsgerechtes Führen in drei Domänen: Erstens der Kernbereich Self-LeadershipSelf-Leadership, zweitens ausstrahlend in einem 360-Grad-Ansatz das Führen 360-Grad-Führungsstil Führungsstil 360-Grad von Menschen mit verschiedenen Rollen und VerantwortlichkeitenRollen und Verantwortlichkeiten im Sinne eines Environment-LeadershipsEnvironment-Leadership und drittens das Schaffen einer Identifizierung mit einer Organisationseinheit und dem Führungsstil im Sinne eines Culture-LeadershipCulture-Leaderships. Kap. 10 ermöglicht Ihnen die Erstellung Ihres eigenen Führungsstilprofils auf der Basis der Checklisten der vorangegangenen Kapitel, in denen die Erfolgsfaktoren der drei Bereiche wiederholt und deren Umsetzung abgefragt werden. Themen dieses Kapitels sind: 360-Grad-Führen, Führungskraftprofil, KPI, Persönlicher Entwicklungsplan, Plena-Leadership-Modell.
