Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der vorliegende Leitfaden ist aus der täglichen Praxis des Beteiligungsmanagements für die Praxis geschrieben. Er stützt sich auf die langjährige Erfahrung der Beratungsgesellschaft für Beteiligungsverwaltung Leipzig mbH (bbvl). Als Beteiligungsmanagerin der Stadt Leipzig sind wir seit 1993 mit Fragen der Beteiligungssteuerung befasst und kennen darüber hinaus aus kollegialem Austausch und aus Beratungsprojekten das Beteiligungsmanagement vieler deutscher Großstädte und Bundesländer.
