Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel lernen Sie Szenariotechniken kennen. Das in ► Kap. 4 geplante Ergebnis wird dabei mehreren Stresstests unterzogen, die als „Worst Case“-Szenarien bezeichnet werden. Dadurch wird transparent, welche negativen Abweichungen hinsichtlich der Annahmen in der Planung welche Auswirkungen haben.
