Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel stellt Ihnen die Instrumente und Kategorien vor, mit denen Sie sich einen strukturierten Überblick über die Immobilien Ihres Portfolios verschaffen können. Dabei werden die Objekte in sehr unterschiedliche Kategorien eingeteilt: Die „Hardware“, das Gebäude an sich mit allem, was sich daran messen und zählen lässt, die Lagekriterien von Makro- und Mikromarkt, die möglichen Rechtsformen der Immobilie sowie die mit der Immobilie verbundenen Risiken.
