Abstract

Zusammenfassung Eine adäquate Vorbereitung auf kritische Einsatzsituationen erfordert häufiges und realitätsnahes Training. Dafür werden bislang Simulationsübungen eingesetzt, die jedoch aus logistischen und sicherheitstechnischen Gründen sehr schwierig, teuer und zeitaufwendig zu organisieren sind. Aufgrund der vielfältigen Manipulationsmöglichkeiten und des vergleichsweise geringen Organisationsaufwands wird aktuell die Implementation von Virtueller Realität (VR) in das Einsatztraining diskutiert. Ausführliche Stärken-Schwächen-Chancen-Risiken-Analysen betonen die besonderen Potenziale, verweisen aber auch auf mögliche Grenzen des VR-Trainings. Vor dem Hintergrund von theoretischen Überlegungen zu Trainingszielen, Lernkonzepten, der Rolle des/der Einsatztrainer*in und ethisch-rechtlichen Voraussetzungen in VR stellt dieser Beitrag praktische Richtlinien zur Integration von VR in die Trainingscurricula zum Einsatztraining vor.
