Abstract

Zusammenfassung Polizeiliches Einsatzhandeln ist dynamisch und vor allem komplex. Einsatzmodelle beschreiben, was im Einsatz passiert, und helfen dabei, die Einsatzpraxis vor Ort zu optimieren. Das Gewaltreduzierende Einsatzmodell (GeredE) stellt eines dieser Einsatzmodelle dar. Als handlungsstrukturierender- und -leitender Nachfolger des Deeskalierenden Einsatzmodells (Staller et al. 2021b) eröffnet das GeredE Polizist*innen eine Navigationsstruktur innerhalb der Einsatzkomplexität. Dabei liefert es keine Wenn-Dann-Struktur für die unendlichen Fälle möglicher Einsatzsituationen, sondern ermöglicht die Planung und Reflexion von spezifischem Einsatzhandeln anhand von sechs Dimensionen, welche miteinander eng verknüpft sind und sich wechselseitig bedingen.
