Ohne Mandat führen

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Führen ist nicht an die hierarchische Position der Führungskraft gebunden. Jeder in einem Unternehmen oder in einer anderen Organisation kann führen. Führen ohne Mandat kann für alle Beteiligten und für das Unternehmen sehr nützlich sein, sofern sich die Beteiligten an gewisse Regeln halten. Gegenüber der hierarchischen Führung gelten aber ein paar Besonderheiten. Wie muss man sich verhalten, um auch ohne Mandat erfolgreich zu führen? Wie funktioniert das Zusammenspiel mit der hierarchischen Führung? Und welche Vorteile hat man davon, wenn man ohne Mandat führt?
