Abstract

Zusammenfassung Nun wechseln wir die Seite. Nach der Aufgabe rückt die Mitarbeiterin ins Zentrum. Das Gespräch wird in den partnerorientierten Phasen so geführt, dass der Sichtweise der Mitarbeiterin viel Beachtung geschenkt wird. Im Zentrum steht dabei das Verstehen von Aussagen, Haltungen, Einstellungen, Beweggründen. „Habe ich das richtig verstanden?“ ist die leitende Frage im ganzen Kapitel. Es kann auch sein, dass wir zur besseren Verständlichkeit etwas nachhelfen müssen. Und nicht zuletzt wirkt sich Klärung auf beide Gesprächspartner positiv aus. Ich verstehe, was du mir mitteilen willst und du kannst gleichzeitig prüfen, ob du das wirklich so meinst. Die 13 Ansätze zur besseren Kommunikation, die in diesem Kapitel vorgestellt werden, dienen nicht nur dem Informationsaustausch, sie führen häufig auch zu Veränderung von Einstellungen und Sichtweisen. Und hinter all dem steht der Aspekt, der im Abschn. 5.1 als Erstes thematisiert wird: die Förderung der Kooperationsbereitschaft.
