Abstract

Zusammenfassung Deutsche Fach- und Führungskräfte begegnen im Auslandseinsatz unterschiedlichen Formen und Ausdrucksweisen von Hierarchien. Hier interessieren Hierarchien dann, wenn sie das Verhalten der ausländischen Partner in einer für Deutsche nur schwer nachvollziehbaren Weise beeinflussen oder deutsche Fach- und Führungskräfte überhaupt nicht bemerken, wie Hierarchien auf das interaktive Verhalten wirken. Hierarchiemanagement bezeichnet in diesem Zusammenhang alle Bemühungen, Verhaltensweisen, Handlungsintentionen, Handlungspläne und Ausführungsstrategien, die sich auf den Umgang mit Hierarchien beziehen, wie hierarchieorientiertes Verhalten, Hierarchien veränderndes Verhalten, Nutzung von Hierarchien zur Zielerreichung etc.
