Abstract

Zusammenfassung Eine disruptive Veränderung auf der Kundenseite führt nach mehr als 20 Jahren Wachstum zu großer Überkapazität in sehr kurzer Zeit. Die bisher so nie da gewesene Krise der Luftfahrt und der gesamten Reisebranche verursachte erhebliche Umwälzungen auf der Seite der Zulieferer. Wie sind diese umgesetzt worden? Wie ist es den Teams ergangen? Worin besteht die aktuelle Herausforderung? Abschließend ein erster Versuch für einen Ausblick. Nicht zu vergessen sind zudem die neuen Herausforderungen durch die Klimaziele, welche noch hinzukommen.
