Abstract

Zusammenfassung Nach den vorbereitenden Kapiteln stellen wir nun konkret die Einführung eines ERP-Systems am Beispiel von SAP S/4HANA entlang unseres Transformation Framework ADDVALUE vor. Wie wir bereits in den vorangegangenen Kapiteln festgestellt haben, handelt es sich dabei weniger um eine IT-Implementierung, sondern in erster Linie um eine ganzheitliche Business Transformation im Kontext einer umfassenden Erneuerung der IT-Landschaft mit S/4HANA als digitalem Kern. Die Komplexität der Transformation ist erheblich. ADDVALUE legt daher auch nicht den Fokus auf die technische Implementierung. Das Framework soll eine Antwort liefern auf die prozessualen, strukturellen und kulturellen Effekte von S/4HANA auf die gesamte Organisation mit allen entsprechenden Wechselwirkungen.
