Abstract

Zusammenfassung In einem Umfeld geprägt von digitaler Transformation und Globalisierung sehen sich produzierende Unternehmen einer zunehmenden Marktdynamik, Kostendruck und anspruchsvolleren Kundenanforderungen ausgesetzt. Dies erfordert Flexibilität und Anpassungsfähigkeit, weshalb neue Lösungen der Zusammenarbeit notwendig werden. Insbesondere digitale Plattformen erleichtern bzw. ermöglichen die Umsetzung interorganisatorischer Produktionsnetzwerke. Der Einsatz von Sharing Economy in der Industrie kann zum Beispiel durch einen Marktplatz zum Handel additiver Produktionskapazitäten umgesetzt werden. Eine solche Plattform unterstützt Unternehmen dabei, Auftragsrisiken zu reduzieren und die Reaktionsfähigkeit auf veränderte Marktbedingungen zu verbessern. Begonnen mit einer Einführung in die Digitalisierung als Treiber komplexer Liefernetzwerke, wird anschließend das Geschäftsmodell für den effizienteren Einsatz von Produktionskapazitäten motiviert und erläutert, wieso sich die additive Fertigung als Ausgangspunkt einer industriellen Sharing Economy eignet.
