Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im Folgenden kommen Menschen persönlich zu Wort, die ein transidentes Comingout und ihre Transition im Berufsleben vollzogen haben. Diese Menschen stehen in verschiedenen Lebensabschnitten, sind in unterschiedlichen Branchen tätig und waren auf dem Weg ihrer geschlechtlichen Transition mit individuellen Herausforderungen konfrontiert. Einige von ihnen melden sich hier mit ihrem vollen Namen zu Wort, andere mit ihrem Vornamen (kann redaktionell geändert sein) und mit einer Umschreibung ihres Unternehmens, in dem die geschlechtliche Transition angetreten oder vollzogen wurde. Dies ist dem Umstand geschuldet, dass es nicht alle Beitragenden gleichermaßen einfach hatten auf dem Angleichungsweg. Die Beitragenden sind mir alle persönlich bekannt und die hier geschilderten Erfahrungen sind allesamt authentisch.
