Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Entscheidung sollen auf digitaler Datenbasis, streng objektiv getroffen werden, aber nicht von loyalen, dauerhaft beschäftigten Mitarbeitern, sondern von, zumindest unternehmerisch „denkenden“ Menschen, wobei es zur selbstoptimierenden „Ich – AG“ nur ein kleiner Schritt ist. Sprenger konstatiert, dass die äußere Motivation die innere Motivation verdrängt. Im Unternehmen besteht kein Erziehungsauftrag, auch kein Therapieauftrag, sondern ein Kooperationsauftrag, der auf Ausgleich zielt: Geben und Nehmen müssen in der Waage sein. Aufgabe des Controllings ist es, dieses Gleichgewicht immer wieder herzustellen. Nicht im Sinne einer nachträglichen Konfliktlösung, sondern einer rechtzeitigen Antizipierung der wahrscheinlichen Entwicklung.
