Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die zunehmende Digitalisierung schafft vielfältige Möglichkeiten, führt aber auch zu neuen, größeren Risiken. Ohne einen wirkungsvollen Datenschutz ist mittlerweile die Existenz eines Unternehmens gefährdet. Sicherheit in einer dynamischen Welt kann nur mittels dynamischer Lösungen gewährleistet werden. Das Controlling ist nicht für die Datensicherheit im technischen Sinne verantwortlich, kann aber die richtige Perspektive einfordern und umsetzen. Eine zentrale Frage gilt es zu beantworten: Ist Datensicherheit ein Rätsel oder ein Geheimnis? „Rationale Analysten“ sind für die Aufarbeitung von Rätseln prädestiniert, während „kreative Spinner“ Geheimnisse aufdecken. Beide Gruppen einzubinden, ohne eine Sichtweise dominieren zu lassen ist Aufgabe des Controllings.
