Abstract

Zusammenfassung Veröffentlichungen zur Digitalisierung des Controllings sehen den Rückgang des Arbeitsvolumens bei den „klassischen“ Controllingaufgaben und betonen die Veränderung der Aufgabenschwerpunkte. Dabei wird vor allem den Rückgang des „Service Providers“ und die wachsende Rolle des „Business Partner“ und „Pathfinder/ Innovator“ betont. Die Frage der Singularität, ob und wann Computer intelligenter als Menschen werden wurde bereits angesprochen. Was geschieht mit dem Controlling, wenn der Computer rationaler ist? Zum gegenwertigen Zeitpunkt gibt es zum Thema Digitalisierung sicherlich mehr Fragen als Antworten. Also: Vermengen Sie Spaß und Arbeit, Design und Bürokratie … Wachsen Sie über ihre definierte Rolle hinaus … Performance Manager, BI-Spezialist, Scrum-Muster, Change Agent, Agent Provocateur, Berater, Business Partner, Data Scientist, CFO, Unternehmer oder Frührentner.
