Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Beitrag wird versucht, die rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen von KI in der VR China systematisch darzustellen. Relevante rechtliche Regelungen betreffen die Verwendung der Algorithmen und den Datenschutz. Über die Algorithmen gibt es nur vereinzelte Regelungen in speziellen Bereichen. Das Datenschutzrecht bezieht sich einerseits auf die Datensicherheit, andererseits auf den Schutz entsprechender persönlicher Rechte und Interessen, einschließlich des Rechts auf Privatsphäre und der Rechte und Interessen personenbezogener Informationen. Schließlich werden spezifische Regelungen im Bereich von Gesundheitswesen kurz dargestellt.
