Abstract

Zusammenfassung Nicht nur in der politischen Diskussion sind Menschenkraft ersetzende und unterstützende Systeme brisant diskutiert. Übertragen in die Operationssäle der deutschen Krankenhauslandschaft rücken ebenso ökonomische Fragestellungen in den Vordergrund. Neben vielen medizinischen Überlegungen stellt sich für den operierenden Chirurgen im Umfeld des DRG-finanzierten Krankenhaussystems die Frage, ob man sich die modernen Robotersysteme noch leisten kann oder will. Eine Analyse am Krankenhaus der (Sub-)Maximalversorgung über mehrere Jahre soll richtunggebende Hinweise liefern.
