Abstract

Zusammenfassung In den bisherigen Kapiteln wurde die Motivation eines Mitarbeiters als wesentlicher Treiber für die Erreichung einer optimalen Produktivität angesehen. Produktivität wurde hier mit einer adäquaten Haltung zu Qualität, Kosten und Zeit durch den Mitarbeiter gesehen. Dies sind die Größen des magischen Dreiecks und können nicht ohne Beeinflussung der jeweils anderen Größen optimiert werden. Trotz dieser Wechselwirkungen wird die Motivation eines Mitarbeiters intuitiv so verstanden, dass sie anscheinend stets auf das erreichbare Maximum ausgerichtet sei. Maximale Motivation wäre dann gleichbedeutend mit maximaler Produktivität.
