Abstract

Zusammenfassung Motivation ist, so wie sie bisher begrifflich hier eingeführt wurde, ein Parameter im Sinne eines Bedingungsfaktors, über den eine Einflussnahme auf die Leistungsbereitschaft von Mitarbeitern erfolgen kann. Darüber hinaus sind Identifikation und Commitment zwei weitere Parameter, die die Leistungsbereitschaft steuern. Commitment und Identifikation kennzeichnen menschliche Eigenschaften, die ihren wissenschaftlichen Rahmen in der arbeits- und organisationspsychologischen Bindungsforschung haben, also die Beziehung zwischen Mitarbeiter und Unternehmen beschreiben. Commitment und Identifikation sind als Teil der (Gesamt-)Motivation eines Mitarbeiters zu sehen.
