Abstract

Zusammenfassung Kaum ein Thema hat in den letzten Jahren in der Arbeitswelt für so viel Aufsehen gesorgt wie die Einführung der DSGVO und der damit verbundene „neue“ Beschäftigten-Datenschutz. Dabei haben wir es in der Personalvermittlung nur mit einem datenschutzrechtlichen Aspekt/Zweck zu tun, dem Bewerbungsverfahren. Allerdings kommt in der Personalvermittlung die rechtliche Schwierigkeit hinzu, dass die Daten immer an einen Dritten (Kunde/Auftraggeber) weitergegeben werden.
