Abstract

Zusammenfassung Zwar ist die Zusammenarbeit in vielen Unternehmen noch durch mangelndes Vertrauen geprägt, doch längst biegen immer mehr Firmen von der bestehenden Denkweise in puncto Führung ab und gehen ganz neue Wege des Miteinanders. Modelle von Selbstorganisation brauchen zwar nach wie vor Führung – eine transformative Haltung zu Autorität ermöglicht es aber erst, diese voll in Wirksamkeit zu bringen.
