Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Verhältnis von Controlling und Qualitätsmanagement in der Beratung wird auch in der internationalen Fachdiskussion nicht spannungsfrei gesehen. Wichtig erscheinen daher eine genaue Begriffsbestimmung dieser beiden Instrumente und der Aufweis möglicher Verknüpfungen, um danach ihre Umsetzung anhand konkreter Beispiele aus der Berufsorientierung und der berufswahlbezogenen Beratung aufzuzeigen. Dabei wird auf wissenschaftlich fundierte Evidenz Bezug genommen und der Beitrag zeigt auf, worauf sich ein auf die Qualität von Beratung fokussierendes Controlling stützen kann. Ziel ist es, die wesentlichen Faktoren zu einem Gesamtsystem eines evidenzbasierten Qualitätscontrollings der beruflichen Beratung zu verdichten.
