Abstract

Zusammenfassung Unser Beitrag charakterisiert mögliche Schnittmengen von operativem Controlling und Berufsberatung. Ausgehend von den Grundprinzipien und Methoden der Beratung wird untersucht, welche Beiträge das operative Controlling zur Praxis und Weiterentwicklung dieser Dienstleistung leisten kann. Dabei geht es weniger um die Auseinandersetzung mit den derzeit in der Bundesagentur für Arbeit (BA) gültigen Indizes für Beratungsdienstleistungen (auch zur Vermeidung von Überschneidungen in diesem Band), als vielmehr um exploratorischen Fragen des Controllings zu den berufsbezogenen Beratungsfeldern. Dafür fokussieren wir auf die umfassende nachfrageorientierte Informationsversorgung der Führungskräfte – und mittelbar auch für die Bratungsfachkräfte – im Sinne eines „holistischen Controllings“.
