Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im Zuge der Digitalisierung steigt in den Unternehmen das Bewusstsein für die Relevanz der Datenqualität. Sowohl für statistische Auswertungen als auch für eine effiziente Entscheidungsfindung in dem Supply Chain Management spielt die Qualität der erfassten Daten eine bedeutende Rolle. Das Weiterleiten inkorrekter Daten über mehrere Schnittstellen entlang der Supply Chain kann zu Verzögerungen oder Fehlentscheidungen führen. Deshalb ist es notwendig, rechtzeitig Datenfehler zu identifizieren und zu beheben, um größere Probleme zu verhindern. Dies ist eine Herausforderung für die Unternehmen, welcher sie sich stellen müssen. Anhand des Anwendungsbeispiels der Fahrzeuglogistik eines großen Konzerns beschreibt dieser Beitrag Prozessströme mit den beteiligten Bereichen sowie die dabei generierten Daten und erläutert mögliche Datenqualitätsprobleme. Ausgehend davon werden Maßnahmen zur Analyse und Überwachung dieser Datenqualitätsprobleme diskutiert.
