Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem letzten Teil unserer Darstellung eines modernen, effizienten und sozialkonstruktivistischen Leaderships möchten wir eine Reihe von leadershiprelevanten Spielfilmen vorstellen, die die von uns aufgeführten Leadership-Prinzipien auf eine sehr explizite sowie illustrative Art und Weise erläutern und darstellen. Aufgrund der Analyse der Spielfilme durch die Brille der Theorien des Leaderships sollen die Zuschauer sich ein eigenes Bild eines effizienten Leaderships konstruieren, ihre eigenen Erkenntnisse und Lehren daraus ableiten sowie ein persönliches Handlungsmodell für die eigene Leadershiprealität erschaffen.
