Abstract

Zusammenfassung Während in Deutschland bereits einige nachhaltigkeitsorientierte Banken existieren, gibt es bei Versicherungen nur wenige Unternehmen, welche nachhaltiges Wirtschaften umfassend im Geschäftsmodell integriert und nachhaltige Produkte entwickelt haben. Versicherungen zählen somit im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit eher zu den Nachzüglern. Gleichzeitig – insbesondere im Sachversicherungsbereich – sind Versicherungen stark vom Klimawandel betroffen.
