Abstract

Zusammenfassung Als eines der wenigen Länder weltweit hat sich Deutschland das verbindliche Ziel gesetzt, sowohl aus der Kern- als auch aus der Kohleenergiegewinnung auszusteigen. Damit dies gelingen kann, sollen sich die erneuerbaren Energien langfristig als Hauptquelle der deutschen Energieversorgung etablieren. Um den Pfad für eine Transformation des Energiesystems zu ebnen, welches die Versorgung kommender Generationen mit geeigneten Ressourcen sichern kann, ist es jedoch unerlässlich, den Ausbau erneuerbarer Energien im direkten Verbund mit einer nachhaltigen Entwicklung zu betrachten und dementsprechend voranzutreiben.
