Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die in Umfragen und in der öffentlichen Diskussion geäußerten Anforderungen an die Nutztierhaltung in Deutschland gehen über den gesetzlichen Standard hinaus. Trotz der geäußerten Präferenzen im Hinblick auf die Bedingungen der Nutztierhaltung und trotz der geäußerten Zahlungsbereitschaft sind die Absatzmengen von Fleisch mit höheren Tierwohlstandards gering.
