Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Theorie der institutionellen Rollenmodelle (IRM) ist ein dynamisches Organisationsmodell, welches zwei Ziele verfolgt. Einerseits die Reduzierung von Unsicherheiten für alle beteiligten Akteure und andererseits die Entwicklung eines Vertrauensverhältnisses, die Etablierung einer diskriminierungsfreien Kooperationsdynamik und die Verfolgung gemeinsamer Interessen. Das IRM bedient sich aus drei unterschiedlichen Disziplinen: Die Institutionenökonomik, die Systemtheorie sowie die Systemdynamik.
