Abstract

Zusammenfassung Gerade in Umbruchzeiten, aktuell ausgelöst durch die Corona-Pandemie, erfolgen Änderungen in Lehre und Verwaltung aufgrund von administrativen Vorgaben von Ministerien oftmals adhoc. Diese Vorgaben werden unter Vernachlässigung einer ganzheitlichen Sicht auf die Hochschule vorgegeben. Die Hochschule muss als Ganzes konsequent an Geschäftsprozessen ausgerichtet sein.
