Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die nachhaltige Beschaffung von IT ist eine anspruchsvolle Aufgabe für Unternehmen und öffentliche Auftraggeber. Auch IT-Dienstleister wie die Bechtle AG, die an der Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde und Hersteller stehen, müssen die Balance ökonomischer, ökologischer und sozialer Aspekte kontinuierlich in ihre Unternehmensprozesse integrieren und diese nach innen und außen berücksichtigen. Unterschiedliche nationale Gesetzgebungen, ein inhomogenes Feld an Nachhaltigkeitsleitlinien und Kodizes sowie diverse Nachhaltigkeitsanforderungen von Kundenseite machen einen dialogbasierten, individuellen Beschaffungsprozess unabdingbar.
