Abstract

Zusammenfassung Jeder weiß: die Welt ist voller Konflikte. Wer darüber nachdenkt, wird zur Einsicht gelangen, dass Konflikte das Törichteste sind, dessen Menschen fähig sind, kosten sie doch, auf beiden Seiten, ungemein viel Aufwand und schaffen nur Schaden, ebenfalls auf beiden Seiten. Bisweilen aus nichtiger Ursache lösen (häufig als solche unerkannte) Fehlverständnisse, einander ausschließende Interessen oder Ehrverletzungen Konflikte aus, die dann zum erklärten Gegeneinander führen. Möglichkeiten der Prävention und Wege heraus aus der Spirale der Eskalation werden an Beispielen dargestellt, sowie die drei Lösungswege Kompromiss, Kompensation und Komplementarität.
