Abstract

Zusammenfassung Hier geht es um die zwölf Kompetenzen, mit denen ich in den unterschiedlichen zwischenmenschlichen Situationen im Sinne meiner Ziele erfolgreich sein kann. Was brauche ich für welche Lage und wie eigne ich mir diese Fähigkeit unaufwendig an? Dies ist ein Programm zur zwischenmenschlichen Bildung. Die zwölf Kompetenzen sind: den ersten Eindruck gestalten und adäquat bewerten, mit Informationen zweckdienlich umgehen, superior und inferior auftreten können, erwünschte Kontakte herstellen und ausbauen, Wertschätzung zeigen und akzeptieren, Einfluss erwerben und ausüben, Emotionen wecken und dämpfen, unerwünschte Kontakte verhindern und beenden, Gruppenprozesse anregen und beeinflussen, konfliktäre Prozesse lenken und heilen, auch in peinlichen Situationen souverän bleiben, sich selbst im Griff haben und steuern.
