Abstract

Zusammenfassung Immer wieder mal hat man als Chef Korrektur- oder Reparaturaufgaben bei Verhalten, Leistung und Ergebnissen der Mitarbeiter. Das sind Prüfsteine des Führungsgeschicks; denn je nach Vorgehensweise kann das Ergebnis sowohl die Arbeitsmotivation des Mitarbeiters als auch die Führungsbeziehung nachhaltig verbessern oder ebenso nachhaltig belasten bis hin zur inneren oder gar formalen Kündigung. Fehlerquellen wie auch Chancen existieren sowohl auf der formellen wie auf der Stilseite des Umgangs mit solcher Aufgabe. Behandelt werden das Ansprechen einer korrekturbedürftigen Kleinigkeit in gegebener Situation, die ‚Korrekturansprache‘, wie auch das aus perspektivischem Grund ratsame ‚Abhilfegespräch‘ und die jeweiligen Empfehlungen.
