Abstract

Zusammenfassung Mobilität ist ein integraler Bestandteil gesellschaftlichen Lebens. Im Jahr 2020 erlebte die Welt eine radikale Veränderung. Mit dem Ausbruch von COVID-19, den damit einhergehenden Kontaktbeschränkungen sowie des Umzugs vieler Arbeitsplätze in das Home Office wurde Mobilität infrage gestellt. Inzwischen sind die Menschen in den Alltag zurückgekehrt und wieder mobil. Der Modal Split ist jedoch ein anderer als vor der Pandemie, denn Fahrrad und der eigene Pkw haben deutlich an Bedeutung gewonnen. Auch der ÖPNV erholt sich – aber nur langsam. Viele der früheren Fahrgäste sind noch immer skeptisch, obwohl es bislang keine Hinweise auf Infektionsketten im ÖPNV gibt. Wenn die Mobilitätswende fortschreiten soll, bedarf es nun der Aktion. Greifbare Maßnahmen, wie die Einhaltung der Mund-Nasen-Schutzpflicht, digitale Innovationen und Kommunikation sind gleichermaßen wichtig. Dafür müssen Politik, ÖPNV und Industrie zusammenarbeiten und gemeinsam an der Zukunft der Mobilität arbeiten und experimentieren.
