Abstract

Zusammenfassung Mit der Online-Terminvereinbarung sind wir in den Bereich der Self Services eingestiegen. Die Online-Besichtigung ist ein weiterer Part davon. Anfahrt, Abfahrt und Besichtigung einer Immobilie sind im Makleralltag die Zeitfresser schlechthin. Kein Wunder, dass der Trend der Online-Besichtigungen seit Jahren wächst. Die Immobilie wird von Ihnen bei der Objektaufnahme mittels 360-Grad-Kamera oder Spiegelreflexkamera fotografiert. Im Anschluss werden die Fotos an das Online-Besichtigungstool übertragen und dort aufbereitet. Nun können sie mittels „virtuellem Schlüssel“ an Interessenten weiter gegeben werden.
