Abstract

Zusammenfassung Seit mehreren Jahren darf ich Maklerbüros bei der Erstellung von Prozessen und Automatisierungen begleiten. Dabei musste ich feststellen, dass manche Fehler immer wieder vorkamen. Manches klingt dabei so banal, hat jedoch große Auswirkungen. Wer sich selbst an dieses große Thema begibt, steht unter Druck. Ein Fehlschuss hat oft die Auswirkung, dass intern die weitere Akzeptanz sinkt. Das muss nicht sein. Es gibt viele Fehler, die wurden schon gemacht. Die müssen Sie nicht wiederholen.
