Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Weg in die digitale Arbeitswelt ist für viele Unternehmen eine herausfordernde und komplexe Transformation. Um diesen Weg erfolgreich zu beschreiten, benötigen Unternehmen funktionierende Managementinstrumente. Im Projekt DigiTraIn 4.0 wurden vier Instrumente für eine gelingende Transformation in das digitale Arbeiten entwickelt und in der Unternehmenspraxis erprobt. Diese Instrumente werden im vorliegenden Beitrag, ausgehend von der Zielsetzung des Projekts, einführend dargestellt. Zudem wird ein Überblick über die weiteren Beiträge in diesem Buch gegeben, in denen die Instrumente im Detail erläutert werden und spezifische Aspekte des Wandels in die digitale Arbeitswelt im Fokus stehen.
