Abstract

Zusammenfassung Eine OBE besteht nicht nur aus der reinen Funktionalität, Reisemittel zu buchen und Reisekosten abzurechnen. Zum Aufbau gehören Grundelemente wie die Stammdaten der Firma, Stammdaten von Mitarbeitern, die Zuweisung von Rollen und ein Workflow, der den Prozessablauf von der Buchung bis zur Abrechnung steuert. Obwohl jedes System diese Elemente unterschiedlich abbildet und unterschiedliche Möglichkeiten hat, gibt es doch grundsätzliche Gemeinsamkeiten. Diese werden in diesem Kapitel beschrieben.
