Abstract

Zusammenfassung Um dem steigenden Wettbewerbsdruck standzuhalten, Innovationen zu generieren und neue Märkte zu bearbeiten, scheint es für viele Organisationen die einzige Möglichkeit zu sein, sich an die geänderten Marktbedingungen durch Einbindung in ein – oft virtuelles – Kooperationsnetzwerk anzupassen. Kooperations-Controlling sollte unter dem folgenden Leitmotiv stehen: Viribus unitis – aber geregelt! Es handelt sich dabei meist um keine neue oder zusätzliche Stelle, die über oder zwischen Kooperationspartnern steht, sondern ist eher die Summe der Bemühungen um kooperationsspezifische Werte, Potenziale, Kosten und Leistungen der jeweiligen Controlling-Systeme der (potenziellen bzw. aktuellen) Partner einer Kooperation. Instrumente eines Kooperations-Controllers sind vor allem: Werte- und Kulturprofil-Check; SWOT- und Nutzwertanalyse; Prozessbeschreibungen; eine Kooperations-Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung.
