Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Geschäftswelt erlebt durch die Digitalisierung und technologische Trends einen dramatischen Wandel. Dieser Wandel hat Auswirkung auf Geschäftsmodelle, Wertschöpfungsketten sowie Produkt- und Serviceangebote. IT-Organisationen können wesentliche Treiber einer digitalen Geschäftsentwicklung sein und werden dabei immer mehr zu einer strategischen Ressource eines Unternehmens, welche ganzheitlich und aktiv gesteuert werden soll. Der vorliegende Beitrag „IT-Controlling: Die IT-Wertschöpfung aktiv steuern“ stellt den Nutzen einer ganzheitlichen IT-Steuerung dar und beschreibt die wesentlichen Ansätze, Methoden und Instrumente zur Umsetzung der IT-Steuerung auf strategischer sowie auf operativer Ebene.
