Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die „Big 4“ (die vier großen, internationalen Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaften Deloitte, EY, KPMG und pwc) agieren für Start-ups mehr und mehr als entwicklungsbegleitender Dienstleister „from Idea to Exit“. Von der operativen Beratung, über die Begleitung bei Finanzierungsrunden bis hin zur Abschlussprüfung, arbeiten die Big 4 mit den Start-ups schon ab der Phase der Unternehmensgründung eng zusammen. Doch welche Phasen durchläuft ein Start-up und wie können diese in den jeweiligen Stadien unterstützt werden? Das folgende Kapitel zeigt auf, in welchen Bereichen die Big 4 im Life Cycle von Start-ups unterstützen und als Dienstleister tätig werden.
