Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Artikel handelt von der Finanzierung von Leveraged Buyouts (LBO). Er untersucht aus Sicht des Praktikers, wie Unternehmen durch einen LBO neue Wachstumsmöglichkeiten ausschöpfen können und in welchen Situationen sich dieser anbietet. Der Prozess für die Durchführung und Finanzierung einer LBO Transaktion werden im Detail erklärt und die Konditionen einer solchen Finanzierung erläutert. Der Artikel gibt Unternehmern einen Überblick über den Ablauf und Erfolgsfaktoren eines LBO.
