Abstract

Zusammenfassung Welche Finanzierungsmöglichkeiten haben junge Unternehmen beim Übergang von der Start-up Phase in die Skalierungsphase? Welche Geschäftsmodelle haben die größten Chancen, frühzeitig eine signifikante Fremdkapitalfinanzierung zu erhalten? Welche Rolle spielt dabei das Thema „Nachhaltigkeit“? Welche Unternehmenskonzepte sind besonders interessant für institutionelle Kapitalgeber und wann ist ein Unternehmen „kapitalmarktreif“? Diesen Fragen widmen wir uns in dem folgenden Kapitel.
