Abstract

Zusammenfassung Corporate Financing bedeutet für junge Unternehmen das Vertrauen eines Fremdkapitalgebers zu erhalten und von verschiedenen Vorteilen zu profitieren. In diesem Kapitel werden die verschiedenen Corporate Financing Instrumente mit einem besonderen Schwerpunkt auf Fremdkapitalfinanzierung durch Kreditinstitute erläutert. Auf einen Überblick der unterschiedlichen Kreditinstitutsarten folgt die Aufgliederung der grundsätzlichen Finanzierungsformen sowie die Darstellung der Besonderheiten bei Unternehmensfinanzierungen durch mehrere Kreditinstitute. Im Anschluss wird der Weg zur Fremdkapitalfinanzierung über die Bestandteile der Kreditwürdigkeitsprüfung sowie der Corporate Financing Prozess dargestellt. Im Rahmen der anschließenden Erläuterung zur Dokumentation werden auch gängige Sicherheiten und Covenants beschrieben. Abschließend erfolgt eine kurze Darstellung weiterer Corporate Financing Instrumente sowie der Veränderungen von Corporate Financing für Unternehmen, die eine Krise erfahren.
