Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Digitalisierung verändert alles. Die Art, wie wir kommunizieren, wie wir denken, wir wir leben. Und sie verändert auch die Art, wie wir Fundraising betreiben. Und dieses digitale Fundraising ist nicht nur alter Wein in neuen Schläuchen – es ist anders als das Offline-Fundraising. Warum? Weil das Digitale grundlegend anders ist – viel dialogischer, schneller, persönlicher, aber auch weniger transparent und oft weniger Vertrauen erweckend. Die Folge, die Fundraising-Welt, wie wir sie alle kennen, verändert sich – sie wird demografischer. Das zeigt sich z. B. darin, dass Spenderinnen und Spender heute nicht nur spenden, sondern auch mitreden und mitentscheiden. Das verändert die Beziehung zwischen Organisation und Spenderin/Spender – diese ist jetzt endlich auf Augenhöhe.
