Abstract

Zusammenfassung Bei Dienstleistungen steht nicht die Fertigung eines Produktes oder der Handel mit Produkten im Vordergrund, sondern die Erbringung einer Leistung als Dienst am Kunden oder als Dienst für Kunden. Für die Ausführung wird ein Dienstleister zwar oftmals entsprechende Arbeitsmittel und Produkte, wie Handwerkzeug, Messgeräte, Reinigungs- oder Schmiermittel einsetzen müssen, es wird jedoch (in der Regel) kein neues Produkt gefertigt. Ein Service ist der Prozess, die Aktion oder Aktivität einer Person oder einer Gruppe von Personen für einen Kunden oder eine Gruppe von Kunden, für die Kunden bereit sind zu zahlen.
