Abstract

Zusammenfassung Seit mehr als zehn Jahren setzt sich Kristina Bierer empirisch mit dem Thema Praktikum auseinander. Der Future Talents Report, früher CLEVIS Praktikantenspiegel, hat sich seit 2010 zur größten Studie im deutschsprachigen Raum zum Thema Arbeitgeberqualität im Praktikum entwickelt. Jährlich werden Daten veröffentlicht, die sich mit der Entwicklung des Praktikums und was Praktikant:innen motiviert, beschäftigen. Dass sich das Praktikum von einem Instrument, um günstig an akademische Nachwuchskräfte zu kommen hin zum strategischen Instrument der Personalabteilung entwickelt hat, ist unstrittig. Aber nicht nur das hat sich in den vergangen zehn Jahren verändert.
