Abstract

Zusammenfassung Career Services an deutschen Hochschulen sind die Schnittstelle zwischen Lehre und zukünftigen Arbeitgebern von Studierenden. Dabei haben sie vor allem die Aufgabe Studierende zu informieren und zu beraten, um sie für den Berufseinstieg bestmöglich vorzubereiten. Doch Career Services sind ebenfalls dafür verantwortlich, die Employability ihrer Studierenden zu stärken. Dafür schaffen sie ein vielfältiges Angebot, auf das Studierende bereits während des Studiums zurückgreifen können. Gerade hier ergeben sich für potenzielle Arbeitgeber jede Menge Möglichkeiten, die Kooperation mit den Hochschuleinrichtungen zu suchen und durch eine partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit Future Talents bereits frühzeitig auf sich aufmerksam zu machen
